The main feature of buttercups is that they do not tolerate frost. They must be dug out and stored indoors for the winter period. With the fading of the aboveground part of the plants (this happens near the end of the summer), the goose-like legs of the tubers are extracted from the soil. Before you send them to storage, you need to carefully check whether they are damaged. It is necessary to remove substandard specimens and separate the formed "babes". Growing up and caring for them during this period needs special. In no case can not wet the soil. By the way, to it they are indiscriminate, the main thing is that it is loose and soft. Heavy and wet soil sometimes leads to the rot of tubers, and hence, the death of plants.
