Cookies with a funny name "Goose paws" are known to many since childhood. It's so classic. In the Soviet period, thanks to the simplicity of cooking and the simplicity of the ingredients, cookies "Goosebumps" were popular. And now, with a constant shortage of time, this recipe is gaining relevance.

Curd "Goosebumps"

Ingredients. One egg, 200 grams of cottage cheese, 200 g of margarine, 400 g of flour, salt, half a cup of sugar, half a teaspoon of soda.

Preparation. Margarine is removed from the refrigerator and left until softening. Cottage cheese is poured into a bowl, add the egg, vinegar, soda, salt, and then grind until smooth. Leave for 15 minutes at room temperature. The softened margarine is put into the cottage cheese and thoroughly mixed. In the received weight we add a flour and we mix a hard dough which for an hour we put in a refrigerator. The consistency of the test is corrected with flour.

The cooled dough is rolled into a thin layer (0.3 cm) and with the help of a glass we cut the mugs. In a separate bowl we pour sugar. Dip one side of the mug into sugar and add it four times, so that a quarter of a circle with sugar inside turns out. Take the knife and blunt side of the force at the same distance three strips, which will make a quarter of a circle like a goose paw.

We put out the crow's feet on a baking sheet lined with oiled paper, and send it to a preheated oven. After about 20 minutes you can get it. The temperature of baking cookies "Goose paws" - 180 degrees.

Kneading the dough on the above recipe, you can make crow's feet with stuffing. To do this, folding the circle in half, put several cherries or other berries in the middle, you can also put an apple or pear slice. Sprinkle all the sugar and fold again in half, getting a quarter of a circle. Another option is to sprinkle the mugs before folding the sugar with cinnamon and vanillin. Bake at 180-200 degrees for 20 minutes. The cookie will be ready when it becomes ruddy golden.


Ingredients. One and a half glasses of flour, two eggs, half a cup of sugar (you can more), a few spoons of honey, 150 grams of chocolate, soda. Glaze: a couple of spoons of sugar powder, one egg white, a spoonful of cranberry (currant) juice, citric acid.

Preparation. We drive into the bowl of eggs, pour sugar and use a mixer or a whisk to whisk into a foam. Honey a little warmed, chocolate three on a grater and add to the eggs, stir. Flour sift, mix with soda and gradually add to the total mass. Knead the dough. From it we roll out a layer half a centimeter thick and lay out on a pre-oiled baking sheet. We heat the oven to an average temperature and bake the cake. When it gets brown, we take it out of the oven.

To prepare the glaze sugar powder mixed with egg white and hot water. We take the water so much that the result is a thick gruel. We make a water bath on which we heat the mass until the time when it becomes a consistence resemble thick sour cream. To give the glaze color, add cranberry (currant juice) and a few drops of diluted in water citric acid.

The baked cake is cut into small triangles, which are covered with glaze. After the glaze dries, draw with the help of warmed chocolate and a fork pattern of crow's feet.
