How to Boil a Squid

Many people know that before using squid in cooking, it must be boiled. But that's bad luck - every hostess does it in her own way and claims that her way is the most faithful. In fact, it's a matter of taste, many recognized cooks generally recommend carcasses not to boil, but simply marinate and so serve with sauce. A large onion, a couple of eggs, with a dozen shrimp, lemon, a couple of spoons of tomato paste (you can finely chop the dried tomatoes). Thoroughly clean the fish from the skin and bones, finely chop. Shrimp must be cleaned of shell, crushed. Eggs cook, after cleaning and chopping finely. We weed the onion.
