Hot meat dishes

Puff with chicken fillet. It will take:

- 0.5 kg of chicken fillet;

- 200-250 g of champignons;

- 50 g of cheese;

- 2 small onions;

- soy sauce.

Preparation: chop the chicken fillets into cubes and send to a pan. Roast a little and add the onions, mushrooms, soy sauce, cream and spices - stir and puff for 5-10 minutes. Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll it out. Put the first piece into the mold and lay out the filling on it, spreading it over the entire formation. Cover the second part and place its edges under the first one. Lubricate with egg, sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven for 20-30 minutes. When the dish is cooked, cut it into small pieces. Meat in a "fur coat". Such hot dishes will please any guests! It will take:

- 1 kg of pork, beef or chicken fillet;

- 1 garlic;

- 2 small onions;

- 800 g of potatoes;

- 250-300 g of cheese;

- mayonnaise;

- Spices.

Preparation: cut the meat into cubes and beat off. Grind onion and garlic, mix. Potatoes cut into cubes or straws, add spices. Lay out layers: firstly mince, then onion and garlic (to cover the entire surface), then - potatoes. Cover everything with mayonnaise sauce with spices and sprinkle with cheese. Hot minced meat dishes

Chicken fillet with mushrooms. It will take:

- kilogram of chicken;

- 0.5 kg of champignons;

- egg;

- 2 small bulbs (or 1 large);

- 200-250 g of cheese;

- mayonnaise;

- Spices;

Preparation: stir the minced meat with egg and spices. At this time, fry diced mushrooms and onions. Evenly place minced meat on a greased baking sheet or baking dish. Put the minutes at 10-15. Now put on top mushrooms with onions, followed by mayonnaise. Cover with cheese and send to the oven for 15-20 minutes. The casserole is ready!

"Dnepr" meatballs. It will take:

- 300-400 g of pork and beef (or minced meat);

- 150 g of dried mushrooms;

- Spices.

Preparation: skip meat through a meat grinder (if you have minced meat, then, accordingly, you do not need to do this). Add a little cold water and spices, mix thoroughly. Mushrooms boil, then fry with onion and spices. Begin to make cutlets: in meat cakes wrap mushrooms with onions. Fry them in a frying pan. Serve better with sauce.

Hot second courses of fish

Fish fingers. It will take:

- 0,5 kg of fish fillet;

- 100-150 g of breadcrumbs;

- 2 eggs;

- sour cream;

- vegetable oil;

- Spices.

Preparation: cut the fillets with chopsticks 6-8 cm and sprinkle with spices. Whisk eggs, sour cream and salt. Dip the sticks into the breadcrumbs, then into the egg-mayonnaise mixture, then back to the crackers. Fry from all sides until golden brown. Done!

Fish in a foil in a hurry. It will take:

- 1 kg of fish fillets;

- 2 small onions;

- butter;

- Spices.

Preparation: smear the fish with butter, cut the onions and sprinkle them on top. We wrap it in foil and send it to the oven for 40 minutes. The dish is ready! Fast and tasty!
