Ingredients :

  • Salt, black and red bitter pepper (to taste);
  • A glass of vegetable oil (200 ml volume);
  • For a large bunch of parsley and celery;
  • Garlic (peeled) weighing 300 g;
  • Apples - 500 g;
  • Sweet pepper - 500 g;
  • Ripe tomatoes - weighing 2.5 kg;
  • Onion - weighing 500 g;
  • Fresh carrots - weighing 500 g.

Ingredients:

  • Eggplant (fresh, medium size) - 3 pcs .;
  • Carrots (ripe, medium size) - 1 piece;
  • Bulgarian pepper (multi-colored) - 2 pcs .;
  • 2-3 heads (medium size) onions;
  • Ripe fresh tomatoes - 4 medium-sized;
  • Boiled cauliflower of small size - half fork;
  • 1 tbsp. A spoon of tomato paste;
  • For roasting butter;
  • Salt, sugar, garlic, black pepper, paprika, chili pepper (to taste).

Wash the vegetables. Cut the eggplants into mugs. Assemble, let stand for half an hour. Fry in the oil the peeled carrots, cut into cubes, squeezed from the eggplant juice. Add chopped peppers, cauliflower and onions. Remove the peel from the tomato. Slice in an arbitrary shape. Add to the vegetables. Salt and pepper. Put tomato paste, paprika and pour a little water. Composition:

  • Carrots are fresh about 1.5 kg;
  • About 1.5 kg of ripe tomatoes;
