Any dessert is a small piece of culinary craftsmanship, the perfection of which can not be completed throughout life. Numerous additions, delicacies and own innovations are so important that even a classic recipe can turn into something extraordinarily tasty. However, you always have to start with a standard recipe. For a classic recipe, the following foods will be needed: flour (glass), egg (one), butter (half-cups), bread crumbs (100 g), apples (0.5-0.7 kg), raisins (to taste), sugar (50 G). For the aroma, you also need to add cinnamon (2 teaspoons), and to decorate use powdered sugar.
The Viennese strudel recipe has the following. First, beat the egg with a fork. In the hotel tableware mix sifted flour and a little salt. To knead the dough, in the middle of a flour slide make a groove, where they pour the beaten egg and the third part of a glass of boiled water. The dough is kneaded manually until elasticity appears - it should also be easily separated from the dishes. Then leave the dishwasher covered with a towel for a quarter of an hour.
Meanwhile, in the frying pan fry the bread crumbs at half the indicated amount of butter. Apple strudel recipe suggests bringing crumbs to a ruddy state (golden color). After bringing the crumbs to this state, they are removed from the heat and allowed to cool.
The present dough spread on a specially prepared kitchen towel and begin to roll out. A very thin dough is stretched so that a rectangle of 50x60 cm is obtained.
