- apples - 0.5 kg;

- 1 orange;

- sugar - 1 kg;

- currant - 100 grams;

- boiling water - 250 g.

Jam from apples and apricots with the addition of citrus and berries will add a delicate flavor to the dessert and a pleasant aroma. The way of making such a treat is as follows:

1. Fruit rinse, remove the core and cut them into small slices.

2. At the orange, carefully cut the zest (it will come in handy later), and then divide each segment of the citrus fruit with your hands so that a separate piece is obtained. Remove the film and cover the crust with a small grater.
