It is dried, and thus harvested for the winter. And this is not all! The proposed syrup from aronia blackberry, the recipe of which you now learn, is interesting in that, in addition to berries, it includes almond extract. Quantity of ingredients: 600-700 g of berries, as much sugar, a quarter of a teaspoon of almond additive (buy in the store). If you have an almond liqueur, it will suit you well. To make syrup from chokeberry, the recipe prescribes berries to clean, wash, pour into a pot, fill with water, so that they are completely covered with it, and cook for about half an hour. To more quickly soften the mountain ash cover the cauldron with a lid. Ready berries recline in a colander and wipe through a thick sieve. Pure the cream again in a pot, pour in the sugar, stir and give the drink to boil. Cook another 5-10 minutes syrup from chokeberry ashberry. The recipe further prescribes to remove the scallop from the plate, pour almond extract or liqueur (you can whole teaspoon), pour in hot form on sterile cans (do not top up on the finger to the edge) and roll up.
