Ingredients: 4 medium-sized zucchins, 500 g minced meat (better beef), one onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 100 grams of hard cheese, 3 tomatoes, parsley, salt, pepper.

Preparation: Zucchini is mine, dried and cut into two halves. Remove the pulp and put the halves on a baking tray. Bake for about 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 1800C. We make the filling: chop finely garlic and onions, zucchini pulp - cubes. Stew mince, zucchini squash, garlic and onion until ready. We rub cheese on a large grater. Stuffing is mixed with greens and cheese. Half of zucchini squash and fill stuffing. Spread on a baking sheet, putting pre-minced half a tomato. Bake for 20 minutes at the same temperature. A minute before the end of cooking sprinkle the boat with a small amount of cheese and herbs.

Salad "Nut"

Ingredients: 1 zucchini, 50 grams of salad, 50 g of hazelnut, 50 g of olives, 1 clove of garlic, pepper, olive oil, salt.

Preparation: zucchini is cut into 4 parts and fried in vegetable oil, nuts are also lightly browned in a frying pan. Fried and cut into pieces of vegetables mixed with hazelnuts, olives, lettuce, finely chopped garlic cloves and seasoned with olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Fried zucchini

Ingredients: 2 zucchini, 1 egg, 300 ml of milk, flour, salt, sugar, soda.

Preparation: zucchini is cleaned and cut into rings with a thickness of 5-8 mm. Egg whisk, pour in milk, add salt, sugar and 0.5 teaspoon of soda, which is extinguished with vinegar. Pour in the flour to make a dough, like a pancake. Zucchini slightly salted and peppered. We heat the frying pan with vegetable oil, pour the dough in small portions, lay out the vegetable on top and fill it with a layer of dough. Fry from both sides until a ruddy crust appears.

To fry zucchini it is possible and so: salt them, slightly roll in flour, get wet in egg and fry on warmed vegetable oil.

Ingredients: 1 medium-sized zucchini, 800 fish fillets, 1 bell pepper, 100 g cheese, 1 egg, 3 tbsp flour, salt.

Ingredients: 200 g of zucchini, ½ cup of white rice, 1 L of broth, 0.5 L of milk 1.5%, 75 ml of 10% cream, parsley, green onions.

Preparation: Purify zucchini and simmer on low heat in milk. Onions are fried in sunflower oil. Vegetables and rice pour meat broth and simmer on medium heat for about 20 minutes. Before serving, add salt to taste, pour the cream and sprinkle with herbs.
