Delicious pastry: a recipe for pies with liver

Many housewives have their own, the most attractive recipe for pies with liver, including fillings. One of the simplest options is boiled liver chopped in a meat grinder, add pre-fried onions, salt. Some prefer to cook patties with liver and rice. In this case, in the chopped liver is added about a glass of boiled loose rice, everything is well mixed. If you need to make pies with liver and potatoes, then put a few spoons of mashed potatoes in the filling.

So, after the filling is selected and prepared, we begin to prepare the dough. It can also be different. So, for example, there is a recipe for pies with liver, made from yeast dough on kefir. It takes 2 teaspoons of high-speed yeast, which are mixed in a glass of slightly warmed kefir (you can take sour milk instead). This also adds 2 tablespoons of sugar. A pound of flour is spread on the table in the form of a slide, in which a depression is made. Here carefully received kefir mixture is added, an egg is added, melted margarine, and dough is kneaded. It is left for a while until it increases in size. Then once again knead, divide into several identical in size pieces and mold pies, putting the filling. They will be baked in the oven, at medium temperature, until they are browned from above. In order for the baking to have a pleasant color and shine on top, it is smeared with egg-milk mixture or sugar syrup.

If the patties will be roasted in a frying pan, then 10 grams of yeast should be dissolved in a glass of warm milk, 1 soup spoon of sugar, flour is added. It also adds an egg, a few spoons of vegetable oil and salt to taste. The dough is kneaded, which should not turn out to be too steep, so it will gently stick to your hands. The dough is left for a few hours in a warm place, after which it is fried and fried in a lot of butter patties.

If the hostess is limited in time, then you can use the following recipe. A glass of sour cream is taken half a cup of kefir, an egg, a pinch of salt and a little sugar. Add a couple of spoons of vegetable oil and a teaspoon of soda. After that, flour is poured into the mixture. It will take about three glasses, however, it can turn out and more. The dough is kneaded in a homogeneous mass, divided into small lumps, which are pressed lightly into a flat cake, and in the middle is put a filling from the liver. On both sides the patties are carefully clipped, and fried over medium heat on both sides.

It should be said that no matter what recipe for pies with liver was chosen, it is important to have a good mood and desire to please loved ones, then baking will necessarily turn out delicious, airy and melting in your mouth.
