First of all, it is worth trying to bake a dainty from a short pastry. Such a pie is a delicious friable pleasure and an excellent attempt to combine tasty and healthy in one dish. You will be amazed at how delicious it is, especially in combination with ice cream.

So, the necessary ingredients are:

  • Sugar - 1/2 cup,
  • Almond flour - 3 cups,
  • Baking powder - 3 tablespoons tea,
  • Coconut - 1/4 cup (grated),
  • Coconut oil - 1 cup (can be replaced with creamy).

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate the baking dish with coconut or vegetable oil. Put parchment paper on the base. Stir in the bowl sugar, almond flour, baking powder and coconut chips. Add the coconut or butter. Mix the ingredients so that the dough is elastic. Put it half into a baking dish.

For it you will need:

  • Raspberry jam - 2,5 cups,
  • Lemon juice - 1 table spoon.

Mix the ingredients well and put a smooth mixture in the baking dish. Then take the remaining dough and lay it on the top with lumps, trying to completely cover it. Bake a cake with raspberry jam for 40 minutes until its top is golden brown. As already mentioned above, this delicacy seems especially tasty in combination with ice cream.

If you want to come up with something completely unusual for a festive table or a romantic dinner, you can make mini-pie pieces of the original form. For example, sweet and fragrant hearts are ideal, which you can bake as quickly as possible.

What you need for this:

- sugar (preferably mixed with cinnamon),

- raspberry jam,

- flour,

- semi-finished for cupcakes - 1 package,

- one egg with a small amount of milk,

- cookies in the form of heart (standard or made from improvised materials),

- Confectionery brushes.

Preheat the oven to 350 ° C. Make the dough out of the semi-finished product for the cupcakes in accordance and instructions on the package (or use your favorite recipe for the raspberry jam). Roll it out and cut as many hearts as possible.

Place a small amount of jam in the center of each second heart. Try not to apply the filling on the edges or at the top, as the dough will not hold.

Place the unfilled hearts on top. Use the fork to press down the edges and hold them together.
