Raspberry jam is a delicious medicine

Our ancestors were well aware of the medicinal properties of raspberries. And for the treatment they used the whole plant: flowers, leaves, berries, roots. Now most often the matter is limited to harvesting berries. Of them, jelly is made, everyone's favorite home-made raspberry jam, confiture, and even wine. Raspberry, unlike most berries, does not lose useful substances during thermal processing and in the processed form it retains all the medicinal properties of fresh fruits.

How to cook raspberry jam?

Raspberry is a very delicate berry and is not stored for a long time in fresh form. In ripe fruits, after being in a closed vessel, wine fermentation begins after 6-7 hours. Therefore, the harvested crop should be sorted out, put the damaged and unripe berries aside. Cook raspberry jam in small portions (ideally 700-800 g) on a small fire. Of this amount is obtained about a liter jar.

Quick raspberry jam

A couple of kilograms of the grapes should be carefully divided into 3 parts by individual pots. To fall asleep 1: 1 in each sugar. If you like more sweet and thick jam, then you need to take a little more sugar. Leave the pots at rest (you can send it to the refrigerator) until a sufficient amount of juice is allocated. Now immediately - on fire, as soon as it boils, sustain a couple of minutes. Pour into sterile dry jars (under the cover) and cork.

Jam in the multivariate

Banks for the finished product and lids can also be sterilized in a multivark. Put a container for cooking on a bowl, place cans and covers on it and set the corresponding mode, the time is set automatically. During this time, prepare a kilogram of berries: select strong and whole, remove sepals and crumpled fruits. Carefully pour them into the multivark, and on top - a kilogram of sugar. Set the mode "Quenching" for an hour. After half the time, gently stir the contents of the bowl. After the sound signal, pour the raspberry jam over the prepared jars, and plug them with lids. It turns out slightly more than two jars (750 g each).

Preserving raspberries without cooking

Very simple and quick recipe. Beat in a blender a prepared kilogram of raspberry until it is homogenous. Pour half a kilo of sugar, pour in 5 tbsp. L. Good vodka, mix thoroughly, transfer to jars, store in the refrigerator. Only for a long time to save it will not work: delicious billets are very quickly eaten!

Raspberry jam with pits

Prepared, too, without much trouble. Skip the prepared berries through the juicer. To each liter of juice add a pound of sugar, mix, put on a stove, give a boil, pack on cans.

Raspberry wine

If you want to pamper yourself with such an exotic drink, you will have to sacrifice a kilogram of cooked jam, but it's worth it! In a 5-liter jar, fill a kilogram of sugar, a glass of unwashed rice, add jam and pour water over the hangers. Let it stay in the warm place for 40 days, but the more it costs, the more delicious and aromatic the final product is. Spill the filtered wine in bottles. Fans of stronger drinks can add a glass or two of quality vodka.
