The fish itself is very useful. Using fish only a couple of times a week, you can fill the supply of vitally important vitamins, minerals, amino acids and polyunsaturated fats.

Skewers of catfish: option one

It is necessary:

  • Kg of catfish fillets;
  • A glass of white dry wine;
  • vegetable oil;
  • Four large bulbs;
  • Four sweet peppers;
  • Several pieces of tomato;
  • Several pieces of champignons;
  • Seasonings.

Onion peeled, rinsed in cold water and chopped into half rings. Mix with a glass of wine and butter. In the marinade add seasoning. Soak the fillets in this mixture for a couple of hours. Then the fish should be cut into small pieces about three centimeters in size. Approximately the same way we cut peppers and tomatoes. Mixed with tomato, mushrooms and pepper put the fish on wooden skewers, fry on an open fire until ready (about fifteen minutes). Serve with pickled onions and vegetables.

It is necessary:

  • Two kilograms of a young and low-fat catfish;
  • Mixture of peppers;
  • One lemon;
  • Olive oil and salt.

The fish is gutted and washed. We wipe dry. We cut off the head, tail, fins. We disassemble on fillets. Cut the fillets into small cubes. Mix the peppers with lemon, butter. We rub the fish with the resulting mixture and leave to marinate for an hour in the refrigerator. Spread on the grill and fry until done. Serve with vegetables or rice.

It is necessary:

  • Two kilos of catfish;
  • Two onions;
  • Two lemons;
  • butter;
  • salt;
  • Hot pepper;
  • Dried pomegranate and tomatoes.

Wash fish, gut and cut into the desired pieces. Add spices, a little chopped onions, butter and juice of two lemons. We marin for half an hour. The remaining onions are poured over with water and to taste we add vinegar. From marinade we take out fish, string on skewers and fry in the oven or on open fire. Serve with onion, pre-pickled, and a salad of green onions, parsley, cucumber, tomatoes and other ingredients.

It is necessary:

  • One and a half kilograms of fillets;
  • Three onions;
  • Two tablespoons of vinegar;
  • Two tablespoons of oil;
  • Seasonings.

Fillet cut into pieces with a mass of about thirty grams. Then add the onion, the remaining seasonings and marinate to it. Then cooked shish kebab fry on skewers until ready. Serves a dish with various greens, pickles and onions.
