Meat in pots with potatoes

For gourmets and those who like the combination of red wine and meat, I advise you to add a quarter of a glass of wine to the pot instead of the broth. Then the meat will be much tastier.

There is a good variation of this recipe: soy meat in pots with potatoes. Especially for those who follow their food, but they love delicious things. The calculation of products is the same.

The main thing to remember is that soy is not meat and its taste depends very much on those spices that you added. And yet there will be no animal fat, because you can add either mushrooms or butter. But for people on a diet I advise you to use vegetable broth, for example, beet or potato. Beetroot, naturally, can also be baked in a pot.

Soy must be boiled in salted water with spices about 15-20 minutes. We clean the potato and the cube mode. Turn the onion into rings, and grate the carrots. Cut into slices and fry together with onions, carrots and potatoes, until the potatoes are half ready. Pour the whole mixture into a pot, add a little water or broth, cover with mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese. Keep in the oven for 40 minutes or an hour.
