It's not a secret that a salmon steak is a very useful, tasty dish, which, moreover, is very quickly prepared. Recipes for cooking salmon are countless. Below you will find simple but very mouth-watering options for preparing this product.

There are some rules for making salmon dishes. So if the fish is heavily frozen, it is better to unfreeze it in the common compartment of the refrigerator the day before the preparation. Defrosted fish must be dried before cooking. The presence of excessive moisture will lead to the fact that the fish will not be baked, but stewed. In this case, it can lose its shape and fall apart into small pieces.

The salmon steak, the recipe of which is given here, is prepared from such ingredients:

- salmon steaks - 2 pieces;

- fatty sour cream - 50 ml;

- white wine - 60 ml;

- Olive oil - 15 ml;

- half a lemon;

- ground pepper;

- seasoning "hops-suneli" - 1 teaspoon;

- salt.

The scheme of preparation:

1. Steaks from salmon are washed and dried with a paper towel. They should be rubbed with salt and carefully coated with sour cream. Prepared in this way, the fish should be put for half an hour in a cool place.

2. Pepper and seasoning "hops-suneli" should be thoroughly mixed. Chilled fish is well seasoned with a mixture of these spices.

If you have not decided how to prepare a salmon steak, we suggest making very juicy and aromatic steaks with tomatoes and aromatic herbs. For this dish you need:

- salmon steaks - 3 pieces;

- tomatoes - 3 pieces;

- bulb;

- garlic - 2 heads;

- Thyme - 8 branches;

- tarragon leaves - not 1 tsp;

- leaves thyme - 1 teaspoon;

- white wine - 50 ml;

- slices of lemon - 3 pieces;

- Olive oil - 80 ml;

- ground pepper;

- salt.

The scheme of cooking:

- lime;

- pepper;

- salt;

Preparation:
