A "rotten stump" is baked on sour milk, yogurt or kefir. If you have a fruit yoghurt or buttercup (sour milk drink) fruit-berry or vanilla, take this drink 1 glass (200-250 g). Fit and ryazhenka, that is, any sour-milk liquid product. You will also need a glass of any jam, preferably with sourness. The recipe "Trumpet stump" recommends cherry (without pits), currant, strawberry, and cornelian. Fit fresh berries, just to make them smudge juice. Flour requires about 2 cups (sifted), and another 1.5-2 teaspoons of soda, slaked lemon juice, a glass of sugar and 2-3 eggs. Well, and a pinch of salt, of course. First, you need to mix eggs with a mixer or a whisk, gradually introducing sugar into them.
Dessert with dried fruits

To mix the dough, you need sour cream - a glass, and sugar - a little more than half a cup, as well as flour - 2-2.5 cups, half teaspoon of sodden soda. As a filling, prepare a mixture of dried fruits, pre-soaked them for softness: 200 grams of raisins, dried apricots, chopped prunes. 150 gr of walnuts, too, grind (do not soak!). Then drain the water, dry the berries.
- Prepare the dough, whisking the cooled sour cream with sugar. Add a little salt, vanillin, soda, flour. Knead, then divide into 3 parts. From each roll out thin cakes. On the cake lay out your stuffing and roll up the roll. Send the bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees.
- At this time, make the cream, whipping half a glass of thick cream with three quarters of a glass of sugar and 150 g of chopped nuts.
