We pour into a container prepared for marinating meat three tablespoons of table wine red and vegetable oil, two tablespoons (also table) soy dark sauce. We pour into the same spoon table ginger grated and two - sugar brown, pepper to taste with ground pepper black. All mix. We lower the steaks into the resulting marinade and wait for the meat to melt.

Exotic marinade for beef with pomegranate

This filling for marinating meat is cooked extremely quickly. Mix one part of the vodka and four pieces of pomegranate juice and soak for a while in this mixture of meat.

A half kilogram of beef we need one or two fruits of kiwi, pre-crushed. Another should take a teaspoon of coriander, a half-spoonful of zira and to taste sweet peppers red (paprika), hot pepper red, and chili peppers. All spices mix well. Meat is rubbed with this mixture of seasonings, and then finely chopped kiwi. Beef is placed in a cool place for soaking.

- one hundred and fifty grams of lemon juice,

- Two hundred grams of tequila,

- three hundred and fifty grams of ketchup,

- a hundred grams of Dijon mustard ,

- fifty grams of garlic,

- and ten grams of salt and red pepper sweet (paprika).

The number of components is calculated per kilogram of meat.

Finely chopped garlic is mixed with the rest of the ingredients. Mix well until the mixture is homogeneous, we put meat into it for a day and put it in a cold place. After 24 hours we pick up the pickled beef from the fridge and fry it on the grill. Did you feel the scents of Mexico ?!
