For the preparation we need: puff pastry (ready) - 500 grams, the highest grade of flour - 300 grams, three medium-sized apples (green), powdered sugar - 100 grams, any vegetable oil - 50 ml, two egg yolks, a pack of vanillin and ground cinnamon According to your taste.

Preparation: Apples mine, remove the seeds, peel and cut into small cubes. We put them in a cup, sprinkle cinnamon and vanillin on top. All the mix and leave for 10 minutes. At this time, sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the cake from the puff pastry. Cut it into medium rectangles, put stuffing on each of them and tuck it around the edges to make a pie. Turn the oven 180 degrees, put parchment paper on the baking sheet, which should be greased with vegetable oil. We spread out the pies, observing between them a gap of 3-5 centimeters and put the pan in the oven for 20 minutes. While pies are baked, whisk yolks thoroughly. Pour the patties with whipped egg yolk and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Necessary ingredients: kilogram of flour, half a liter of milk, 2 eggs, sugar - 2 tablespoons, vegetable oil. 30 grams of yeast, salt to taste, egg to lubricate pies.

Filling: half a kilogram of apples, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. My apples, dried, peeled and cut into small cubes. Next, sprinkle them with sugar and put on the fire to extinguish. Once the apples are ready, add cinnamon and mix.

Prepare the dough for pies. In slightly heated milk, add yeast, beaten eggs, sugar, salt and mix thoroughly, while pouring in flour. We knead the dough not very cool and put it for two hours in a warm place. When it rises well, take it by hand and leave for another 40 minutes. Ready dough cut into pieces, roll out flat cakes and spread the filling. We form the patties and put them on a baking tray, oiled. We give pies a little to stand up, grease them with eggs and put the baking tray in a heated oven. Bake for half an hour at 180 degrees. Delicious pies are ready!
