Now he needs to be given a lift. For this, it is left in the warmth for 2-2.5 hours. The container in which the dough is mixed should be covered with a towel. When the dough increases in size, you need to stretch it properly. So once again you saturate it with oxygen, and it becomes even more magnificent. After this, it is left for another 40-50 minutes alone. Before rolling, the dough is kneaded again.

The second recipe for the test is more original. 50 g of yeast is ground with a teaspoon of salt. In this neighborhood, the yeast quickly becomes liquid. Then add to them 250 ml of milk, a packet of butter, pre-melted and a tablespoon of sugar. All this is mixed up to a homogeneous mass. And then, as in the first case, the sifted flour is gradually poured. After the dough is mixed, it is taken to the refrigerator, where it fits no worse than in the heat, for the same 2 hours. Next with the test comes in the same way as in the previous case.

And finally, for those who love pasties baked, but do not like yeast dough, a recipe for a non-yeast dough for pies. To make it, you need 500 g of flour, half a pack of margarine, 250 ml of kefir, a little salt and a teaspoon of baking powder. First you need to grind margarine and mix with flour, then pour baking powder and salt, pour in kefir. After this, you need to carefully knead the dough, and put in the refrigerator for an hour in the fridge. After this, it can be rolled and cooked patties patty.

While the dough fits or cools, depending on which recipe the hostess has chosen, it is necessary to prepare the filling. As a filling, you can choose almost anything: minced meat, fish, vegetables, eggs, greens, berries or fruits and even jams and jam. In this article, we will discuss baked patties with apples. They need to be peeled, removed from the core and cut into small cubes. Sweet creatures can fill apples with sugar, but even without it pies are very tasty.

Now it is already possible to form pies. The dough is divided into portions, rolled into a cake, filled with stuffing and patching edges. Finished products are laid out on a baking sheet.
