Eggplant rolls, the recipes of which are presented in this article, will help you decorate the festive table.

Here's one of them. Prepare aubergines (2 pieces), a tablespoon of soy sauce, as much water and vegetable oil, dry garlic, nuts, cheese, tomato slices, greens and mayonnaise. Most often, eggplant rolls are cooked in a skillet. But the best option is the oven. The dish turns low-fat, fried and tasty. Cut the eggplants into separate slices (width - 1 centimeter), rinse them under running water and place on a baking sheet, oiled. Now prepare marinade: mix soy sauce, vegetable oil and water. Lubricate the eggplants and send them to the oven for no more than 10 minutes. When the slices a little cool, they can wrap the filling. It is prepared as follows: mixed cheese, walnuts, dry garlic and mayonnaise. Your snack is ready to serve. Such rolls of aubergines with nuts will definitely be appreciated by your guests.

Take two zucchini, four bell peppers, three eggplants, a few sprigs of basil, a little rosemary, a garlic head, gelatin, salt and pepper. Bulgarian pepper should be placed in the oven for 30 minutes. In the meantime, you can cut aubergines and zucchini with plates (3 mm each). Fry them in a dry frying pan on both sides.

Baked peppers must be removed from the oven and put them in a saucepan, cover it with a lid and leave the vegetables to cool. After that, make a hole in each of them and pour the juice into a separate bowl, peel off and remove the seeds. In the same dish, you need to place garlic, cut into slices, as well as gelatin and half a cup of water (warm). Then put a sprig of rosemary and pour as much water. All this must be heated on low heat. The mixture can not be brought to a boil. As a result, you will get a marinade with gelatin dissolved in it. Now take the dishes of a rectangular shape and lay out its walls and the bottom with eggplants. Then lay the layers of pepper, then zucchini, basil leaves and each of them pour marinade.
