1. Onion (1pc.) Finely chop and fry in a deep saucepan on cream or vegetable oil.

2. Pour the potato cubes into the pot (5 pcs.) And continue blanching for 5-7 minutes.

3. Add fresh leaves of nettle (400 g) to vegetables, mix and pour 1 liter of broth (chicken or pork). To prepare a vegetarian nettle soup, you need to use water.

4. After 10-15 minutes of cooking, turn off the fire.

5. After letting it cool slightly, whip the mass with a blender, season with salt and boil repeatedly.

6. Serve, sprinkle with nutmeg and greens (dill, parsley). Very often, especially if the nettle soup is not cooked on broth, the dish is decorated with half a boiled egg. Enjoy the scent of greenery!
