Delicious and healthy egg noodles

Noodles - this is one of the varieties of pasta, which is a strip of dough, sliced very thinly. It is made from flour mixed with water. Egg noodles with shrimps and mushrooms

Ingredients: 150 grams of mushrooms, 1 kg of shrimp, a packet of egg noodles from four briquettes, frying sauce, ginger root (3 cm).

Shrimp thaw at room temperature, rinse with running water, clean, rinse again and discard in a colander. Fry with a constant stirring of shrimp in a deep frying pan until cooked (about 15-20 minutes). Mushrooms are washed, dried, cut into plates and shipped to shrimp, while reducing fire. The root of the ginger is peeled, grated on a large grater, sent to shrimp and cooked for 10 minutes. Add the shrimp to the finished egg noodles, stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with green onions.

Such a tasty and healthy dish, like egg noodles, can be cooked at home. The dough can be kneaded without water, on some eggs. If there is a place to attach proteins, you can cook only on yolks.
