Chicken in creamy sauce

A good cook can cook dozens of dishes from a chicken. Today, we will talk about how to cook chicken in various sauces. Namely, the chicken in a creamy sauce and honey sauce.

Like any dish, our begins on the store counter. First you need to buy chicken. Do not choose too large or too small, the average chicken weighing about 1.5 kg is quite suitable for us. In addition to birds, you need to buy carrots, garlic and also Bulgarian pepper. And of course, do not forget about the cream! We will need about 400 ml. After all the purchases are done, coming home, you can start creating. Remember, each dish is unique in itself.

So, what do we have in the end? In order for our chicken in cream sauce to work out as it should, we need to wash and chew the chicken for a start. Next, it needs to be cut into pieces that will be fed to the table. Now take the carrots and rub it on a large grater so that we have beautiful, even and long sticks. Carrots are ideal for cooking dishes from poultry, because it contains a lot of iron and vitamin, from which there is very little in the chicken. If everything is correctly prepared, then the carrot forms a kind of crust on the chicken and under the cream sauce will turn out very, very beautifully. Put the chicken in a deep container and top with carrots. However, do not overdo it, the carrot should only complement the chicken, and not interrupt the taste.

Finally, we got to the cream. Pour the cream in a small bowl, you can in a glass, add salt and cinnamon (to taste). Stir well the resulting mixture and pour on the chicken with carrots. Take the garlic, squeeze it, into the chicken, to add its piquancy. Cover the container with a lid and put in the oven. The temperature in the oven should not be more than 170C, you need to bake for 30-50 minutes, depending on how large you cut the chicken. In some cases, it is recommended to cook chicken at 190 C, this, of course, will shorten the cooking time, but there is a possibility that it will not be cooked enough inside and burned outside. To prevent this from happening, constantly checking the condition of our dish, with a cooking brush brush the surface of the chicken with sauce. Chicken in a creamy sauce will turn out very delicate and appetizing, if you do not overdo it in the oven, so be extremely careful. Hardly anyone who likes rusks from the chicken, filled with sauce.

Chicken in a cream sauce, the recipe of which is described above, is perfect for both a normal family dinner and a festive table. Cooked poultry should be served hot, in a large bowl.

In addition to the creamy, the chicken can also be cooked in honey sauce, the process is very similar to this one, with the only difference being that there are a few other ingredients for the sauce. We need 200 grams of honey, soy sauce, paprika, pepper, salt, and mayonnaise. Mix all this together in a small bowl and let it brew for 5 minutes. After that, gently, pour the mixture into the chicken. The taste of a bird depends heavily on the quality of the marinade sauce. If everything is done correctly, then the chicken in the honey sauce will turn out very juicy.

Finishing touch. To make the chicken in a creamy sauce turn out ruddy, with a crispy crust, for 15 minutes before cooked, remove the lid from the dishes in which it is cooked, and raise the temperature in the oven by 20 C. If the chicken is quite young, then it will brown for about minutes 8- 10. As soon as the time comes, remember, the chicken should be eaten only hot, so prepare a large dish in advance, put a chicken on it and pour sauce on it. Everything can be served on the table.
