State Academy of Slavic Culture in Russia

The State Academy of Slavic Culture was inaugurated in September 1992, the prayer service at the Assumption Cathedral of the Kremlin was blessed by His Holiness Patriarch Alexy II of Moscow and All Russia. Traditionally, since then, on September 21, there has been a lavish dedication to first-year students. Since the State Academy of Slavic Culture provides education seamlessly and continuously from the age of three until the end of the university, on the same day, on the Cathedral Square of the Kremlin, this day is dedicated to first-grade schoolchildren.

Status

One of the most interesting projects of the twenty-first century, GASK immediately took its rightful place in the longest row of Russian universities. The certificates of experts of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation testify to the high rating of this educational institution in all respects. Successfully passed state accreditation, licensing and attestation of the declared directions of educational activity.

The status of the Academy confirmed. The development of educational and other activities is always supported by the Ministry of Education, the Government of Moscow, the Committee for Interregional Relations, the Moscow Patriarchate, the Moscow Department of Education, the Slavic Fund of Russia, Rossotrudnichestvo. Moscow oversees the main university, which is the State Academy of Slavic Culture, Tver in all problems helps the branch.

Lost connections

The general value basis of the pedagogical activity of the academic complex prevails throughout the entire training: preschool children-progymnazists, schoolchildren, students, graduate students. The State Academy of Slavic Culture is a bridge to the past of Russia, the upbringing of the younger generation in the Orthodox tradition is here. Joint work with fifteen schools in different districts of Moscow, Moscow region and some regions of the country is conditioned by special agreements.

The Russian parliament commissioned the re-creation of the interconnection between the sacred and secular principles that had been lost in the Soviet era, and now the pre-revolutionary tradition of the house church was restored in the educational institutions. The State Academy of Slavic Culture has on its territory the temple of St. Seraphim of Sarov. The Order of Fidelity was established in the name of this saint - the breastplate of honor.

Concept

1. The inner world of a child and adolescent is worthy of respect.

2. A teacher must be a person who professes absolute values.

3. Not investing knowledge, not training should possess the educational process, but a meeting, self-acquisition, and the teacher is only a guide in the world of culture.

4. Education contains not just the sum of profiling and general education subjects, in it a single tree is inseparable aesthetic, moral and cognitive components.

5. Orientation to the regions is the principle of resolute internal overcoming of the sense of monopoly of capitals on spiritual production. The small cities of Russia and the village are the object of close attention.

6. The carriers of Slavic culture are united into a holistic society, developing on a common basis of values.

Spiritual formation of a person stands, of course, above its purely functional advantage, for which the teaching ministry of the Academy is directed.
