Especially it is good in the spring, when you want fresh vitamins. Also it is very useful, because it is prepared from fresh white cabbage. In salted water, cook until ready for 250-300 grams of meat, cool, cut into cubes. Cut off the desired piece from the cabbage, chop with thin straws, lightly take it to let the juice. Add in the salad of chicken breast finely chopped onions (150-200 g) and dill greens. If there is no green onion, cut the usual thinly, half-rings. Mix all the ingredients, pepper, salt. Season with mayonnaise and serve. The dish with the young boiled potatoes or pilaf, rice porridge is very good.

Chicken salad with croutons and mushrooms

Original and very tasty is a salad of chicken breast, if done with mushrooms, prunes and croutons. Breast can only be boiled, and you can fry until cooked in butter with onions. Separately fry the mushrooms (honey agaric or whatever it is). Dried prunes are brewed in boiling water for softness. The meat is divided into small fibers. Prunes and mushrooms cut into slices. Mix all ingredients, add crushed garlic, add salt. Season with mayonnaise a salad of chicken breast, pour a bag of crackers from white bread and immediately serve. It would be good to add both the salad dressing, as well as a piece of grated cheese.

Chicken salad with tomatoes

Chicken salad with greens

And finally there's a salad like that. Boil, peel and cut into cubes 4 potatoes, 3 carrots, 100 g asparagus, as much toasted cauliflower whole inflorescences (try not to break them during preparation). Prepare half a cup of green peas, canned. Slices cut 2-3 strong tomatoes. Take 100 grams of fresh salad leaves. Now we "collect" the dish: lay the salad in the middle on the plate. On it, a slide - chopped chicken meat. Insert a sprig of parsley or dill. Around the middle, like the petals of flowers, arrange the remaining vegetables. Before serving, add salt and pour special dressing, mixing apple cider vinegar with vegetable oil and ground pepper.
