Salads from chicken breast

Salads from chicken breast are very diverse - perhaps because chicken is one of the most compatible products. With what neither prepare a salad, it will be tasty and beautiful - it's not a shame to serve on a festive table.

Chicken breast salad with champignons

For one chicken breast:

  • 1 can of canned champignons;
  • Four eggs;
  • Four pickled cucumbers;
  • One chicken broth cube;
  • Spices for chicken, dill, mayonnaise.

Salads from chicken breast in general and this salad in particular are very variable - you can add and change components as you like. Only chicken breast and mushrooms (champignons) are invariable here.

Chicken breast in this recipe you can use smoked, or you can fry raw in a skillet. I usually fry and sprinkle with spicy spices for the chicken when frying, and also add a bouillon cube.

I cut dice ingredients - chicken breast, cucumber. Champignons simply cut. By the way, you can take and fresh mushrooms, then they need to fry with onions in oil.

Eggs rub on a large grater. I mix all the ingredients, salt, a little mayonnaise - and decorate with dill. Fast and tasty.

Salads from chicken breast with pineapple

Salads with pineapple are also diverse, these products are perfectly combined.

Option with cheese, puff

  • One can of pineapple;
  • Chicken breast;
  • 100g of any cheese;
  • Three eggs, mayonnaise.

I boil the chicken breast without skin, cut into small cubes. Also finely cut pineapple, eggs rub on a large grater.

I spread the products layers, lubricating mayonnaise - chicken, pineapple, then cheese, eggs. I decorate the top with finely chopped nuts (I prefer walnuts). Salad with boiled chicken breast is ready.

Option with rice

  • One can of pineapple;
  • One chicken breast;
  • Half a glass of rice;
  • Onions, salt, mayonnaise.

Finely chop boiled chicken breast, add boiled rice, grated eggs, finely chopped pineapples, salt, mayonnaise. Stir and serve.

Variant with champignons

Finely chop pineapples (from one jar), four eggs boiled, one chicken breast, 200g boiled champignons (can be fried or canned), onion, dressing with mayonnaise, stir.

Option WITHOUT chicken breast

And without a chicken is also delicious, imagine? I mix finely chopped pineapples (1 jar), 150 g grated cheese, garlic, salt, mayonnaise. All mix and serve. You can eat as a salad, you can wrap it in salad leaves, or you can smear it on bread.

Portion salad with prunes

If there are not many guests, then it is very nice to serve this chicken breast salad with prunes in keramaks or small salad bowls.

Required:

  • One Bulgarian pepper is larger;
  • Big apple;
  • Boiled chicken breast;
  • Prune;
  • Parsley or dill greens;
  • lemon;
  • Apple vinegar;
  • walnuts.

In small cubes I cut a chicken breast, spread it in salad bowls and sprinkle it lightly with apple cider vinegar.

Prunes (if it is hard) steaming with boiling water for 10 minutes, draining the water, drying with paper towels. Soft prunes do not soak, just carefully washing. I cut into cubes.

Bulgarian pepper is also cut into cubes. The apple is peeled, cut into pieces and sprinkled with lemon juice.

I grind greens and walnuts, picking salad. The chicken already lies in the crockery, I grease it with mayonnaise (like all the subsequent layers), then spread the apple, greens, peppers, prunes.

Sprinkle the salad with nuts.

Chicken breast salad with prunes

I take:

  • Fillet of chicken or breast - 1 pc .;
  • One glass of walnuts;
  • 15 pcs. Prunes;
  • 15 pcs. Dried apricots;
  • 1 bottle of olives or olives;
  • Garnet;
  • mayonnaise.

Breast or fillet boil. All the ingredients are finely chopped, olives or olives - in half. I add mayonnaise, mix thoroughly, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. The more pomegranate seeds - the piquant the salad. Olives take any - even stuffed, more like those with a lemon.

Salads from chicken breast are so varied, and all are invariably delicious. A universal product, whatever you say.
