The "Mistress" salad, the recipe of which will be presented below, is made very easily and quickly. It is also worth noting that such a tasty puff dish does not require expensive and difficult to access ingredients, because it consists only of meat, vegetables, nuts and raisins.

Required products:

  • Medium bulbs - 2 pcs .;
  • Chicken breast - 400 g;
  • Light raisins without pits - 1 incomplete glass;
  • Carrots a little fresh - 1 or 2 pcs .;
  • Apple vinegar - 1/3 of a glass;
  • Cheese any - 70 g;
  • Walnuts peeled - 1 part glass;
  • Orange - 1 whole fruit;
  • Granulated sugar - to taste;
  • Salt cooked - add during the boiling of vegetables and meat;
  • Mayonnaise fatty - at personal discretion.

The salad "Mistress", the recipe of which we are considering, can be cooked with meat, and without it. In the event that you still decide to use this nourishing product, then it is recommended to take only lean chicken breasts. The fillet should be washed, boiled for 35 minutes in salt water, and then cooled and cleaned of pits, peel and cartilage. After this, the breast must be finely chopped across the fibers and laid aside until the remaining ingredients are prepared.

Small carrots should be washed, boiled until soft, and then peeled and grated. Also it is required to grind and cheese of any solid grade. Next, you need to chop the onion into thin half rings, put them in a bowl, pour apple cider vinegar, add a little sugar and leave for marinating for 3-5 hours.

In the salad "Mistress", the recipe of which provides for mandatory inclusion of dried fruits, it is recommended to add light or dark raisins without pits. It must be touched, and then scalded with boiling water, washed and freed from excess liquid.
