How often, preparing for a festive meal, the hostess wants to surprise her guests with something, instead of giving a banal olive or all her familiar herring under a fur coat. Of course, and shock guests culinary delights somehow afraid. There is an excellent option - to prepare a salad of smoked chicken breast by one of the following recipes.

Smoked chicken breast salad with champignons

Two smoked breasts (in theory, you can use absolutely any smoked chicken: thighs, hams) cut into thin strips. To the meat, add two pickled cucumbers and one fresh, also chopped straw. You do not need to salt it, just dress it with mayonnaise. That's all. Salad ready!

Spring salad with smoked chicken breast and beans

This version is a bit like the first, but the taste is quite different. So, cut the ingredients: half a kilogram of chicken breast in small pieces or cubes, two tomatoes - small pieces, hard cheese - on a large grater and a couple of leaves of green salad (you can use Chinese).

Fold all the ingredients in one cup, add a jar of red beans in a natural juice (all the liquid must be drained) and fill a couple of small bags of "Kirieshek", with the flavors of crackers you can experiment.

Mix everything with mayonnaise or sour cream.

Salad with smoked chicken puff

Layer one - cut one onion, grate a couple of small carrots, fry in butter for a few minutes. Half to put in a salad bowl.

The second layer - all you need is 250 grams of smoked chicken fillet, cut into smaller pieces. Half of it put on carrots.

The third layer - grate 250 grams of cheese, put half on chicken. Sparingly grease with mayonnaise and sprinkle with proteins from four eggs.

Vegetable salad of smoked chicken breast

This salad is not like the others at all. So, smoked chicken fillet (breast or chicken leg) finely chopped, add to it two diced large banana and one big sweet pepper.

Salad dressing - lemon juice. It is necessary to cut it in half and squeeze out the juice from both halves with a teaspoon. No spices and salt is needed. Before serving, let it brew very little, for 15 minutes, during this time the chicken will be soaked with lemon juice and will be very spicy to taste.
