Russian Super Cup: history and statistics

Russian Super Cup is a competition in which two teams take part - the owner of the title of the champion of the country and the owner of the Cup of Russia. It is held within the framework of one meeting. Replay in the case of a tie is not assigned. History

The Russian Super Cup began to be played out in 2003. However, the idea of holding a duel between the two strongest clubs emerged back in Soviet times. The initiator was "Komsomolskaya Pravda".
