After this period, the fill is drained. Then finely chop the onions and garlic, add them to cucumbers. Also rye mustard. We set the marinade on the fire and dissolve sugar and salt in it. When he starts to boil, we fill them with sliced cucumbers in mustard. For the winter, they can be left if you first put the vegetables warmed for 20 minutes. After that, close the pickled cucumbers cut with mustard tightly lids and leave until it cools down. We store in a cold room.

Peeled Pickled Cucumbers

This recipe is good because cucumbers can be taken even overripe. Remove seeds from them, and peel the skin. Get delicious sliced cucumbers in mustard for the winter.
