We pull the carrots out of the water and let them drain off excess moisture. Then add to it two small spoons of sugar and salt to taste. All mixed with hands, slightly primitive carrots. We put a frying pan on the fire and warm it with 50 grams of vegetable oil. When it reaches the boiling point, throw the chopped onion into it and remove the frying pan from the fire. Mix onion quickly and pour it together with butter into carrots. We clean 5 cloves of garlic (you can, if desired, and more) and squeeze it, using a press, into carrots. We add there one pinch of black and red ground pepper. Also we pour in a salad of 30 grams of vinegar. Cut the finely fresh coriander or take two small spoons dry and add it to the carrot. We prepare the rest of the ingredients. Finely cut cucumbers, better straws. As an alternative, you can use radish. Add a little salt and pepper to them, and leave to marinate. We beat 2-3 eggs, add flour to them, to make a dough, like pancakes. Fry them in a frying pan. We cut also thin straws.

Now take the cabbage from Beijing and cut it into cubes (small ones). Spread it on a frying pan and stew with pepper. Also, this dish will need a hot tomato sauce. You can prepare it yourself. We cut finely tomatoes and hot peppers. We put them in a saucepan and stew for some time. The amount of pepper depends on how much hot sauce you want to get.

Now we need to prepare the broth. Take a liter of water and add to it a teaspoon of sugar and two teaspoons of salt. Pour the same 50 ml of soy sauce and raspem red pepper. We mix everything well. Now pour two teaspoons of acetic acid (you need to try and adjust the amount to your liking).

The dish should be served as follows: in a deep plate we spread the noodles. From above beautifully we put cucumbers, cabbage, egg pancakes and a sharp tomato sauce. Then we pour all the prepared broth.
