Jelly dairy with fruits is an original dessert, which can easily decorate any festive table. Preparation of such a dish requires the cook to special endurance and imagination. After the longer and carefully each layer of dessert is thought out, the more delicious and beautiful it turns out.

Milk-fruit jelly: the necessary ingredients

  • Sweet yogurt without dyes - 700 milliliters.
  • Twenty percent sour cream is five large spoons.
  • Fresh liquid honey - three large spoons.
  • Kiwis ripe sweet - five large pieces.
  • Sugar powder - three large spoons.
  • Lemon peel with half a fruit.
  • Vanillin - one pinch.
  • Gelatin - three sachets.

Three packets of dry gelatin should be poured into metal utensils and poured into one faceted glass of chilled boiling water. Waiting until the bulk product swells as much as possible (within one hour), it should be put on a slow fire together with the dishes and, without boiling, remove from the gas stove when it completely melts. After this, the bowl should be left aside for further cooling of the gelatin.

Four ripe and soft kiwi should be washed, peeled off the pile, cut into slices and sent with sugar powder to the blender. Thus, the fruit must be thoroughly beaten, while adjusting the sweetness by adding sugar to it.

Seven hundred milliliters of sweet yogurt without dyes should be poured into the dishes, add to it liquid honey and a few spoons of sour cream. All ingredients must be thoroughly beaten with a whisk. If desired, you can additionally add powdered sugar.

Formation of a beautiful dessert:

In the prepared mixture of yoghurt and sour cream should be poured slightly cooled gelatin, as well as pour a pinch of vanillin and lemon zest. Then the milk base needs to be divided into three equal parts, in two of which it is necessary to lay out the sweet kiwi puree. Both masses should be mixed with a whisk so that a homogeneous mixture of a beautiful greenish color is obtained. Next, the rest of the base of the white shade requires slices to chop one ripe kiwi and mix thoroughly.

After preparing all the masses, you need to take the silicone cake molds, lightly grease them with melted butter, and then pour the green foundation. As a second layer, you need to lay out a white mass with pieces of kiwi, and as the third - a milk mixture, whipped with fruit sauce.

It is worth noting that each laying layer of jelly is required to withstand in the freezer for at least ten minutes.

Correct feed to the table

After all the molds have been filled, dessert should also be put in the freezer (for one hour). After solidifying the milk jelly, the photo of which is presented above, you need to carefully get it from the mold and put it on the cake pot. Above, the dish can be decorated with whipped cream, pieces of kiwi, some berries, etc.
