Puffy salad Bonaparte: how to cook?

Bonaparte salad is an inexpensive but very tasty dish, which can be made for both a festive and an ordinary dinner table. It should be noted that today there are several ways to prepare such a culinary creation. We decided to present only the classic version with the use of chicken breasts, champignons and other ingredients.

Before you start preparing this salad, you need to purchase and properly handle the following ingredients:

  • Small champignons fresh - 500 g;
  • Chicken fillet chilled - 500 g;
  • Carrots fresh large - 3 pcs .;
  • Cheese of solid sorts (any) - 250 g;
  • Eggs large chicken (pre-boiled hard) - 4 pcs .;
  • Potato tubers medium - 2 pcs .;
  • Sweet bulbs red - 2 pcs .;
  • Fatty mayonnaise (it is better to take sour cream) - 400 g;
  • Table salt, fresh herbs (parsley), pepper fragrant ground - add to taste and personal discretion;
  • Sunflower oil (preferably without odor) - 35-55 ml (for frying).

Processing of main ingredients

"Bonaparte" salad turns rich and tasty due to the fact that it uses such products as boiled meat and fried mushrooms. And before you begin to design this dish, you should treat the ingredients well. To do this, you need to wash the chicken breasts and boil them in salt water, then cool, cleanse of bones and skin, and then chop into small cubes. As for fresh champignons, they should be cut along the plates and fried together with salt, pepper and vegetable oil until a golden crust appears.

In addition to these ingredients, the salad "Bonaparte" includes a variety of vegetables. To do this, you need to thoroughly wash the potatoes and carrots (using an iron brush), and then boil them in a uniform, cool and thinly peel. Next, the vegetables must be grated on a large grater. Similarly, it is recommended to do with chicken eggs, boiled hard, as well as hard cheese of any kind. In addition, you should clean the fresh heads of red onions and chop them very finely.

To beautifully arrange a Bonaparte salad for a festive table, we will need a not very deep, but a large diameter plate. It is in it and should lay out layers of all previously processed ingredients.

Thus, the bottom of the dishes should be placed a layer of boiled potatoes, and then - fried mushrooms, which it is desirable to cover with a thin mesh of mayonnaise.
