Original festive salad "Polyanka", recipe and design options

How do you imagine a mushroom glade in the forest? Perhaps so: among the bright green grass peep hats mushrooms. Why not try to embody this pleasant picture and not cook a salad for your family "Forest Glade". The recipe for this puff lettuce is simple and does not require any exotic products. But its design will pleasantly surprise everyone who will eat it.

"Glade", the recipe first

Pick a jar of marinated mushrooms and select the largest and most beautiful mushrooms.

Three eggs boil hard, chill and grate or cut into small cubes.

Squash the garlic (3-4 teeth).

400 g of melted cheese grate.

Mix all the ingredients, add the mayonnaise and blend the balls with this mass.

On a flat plate, put the lettuce leaves and lay the balls. For each ball put the fungus so that only the hat is visible.

A bunch of parsley finely chop and round the plate, pour the salad.

"Polyanka", the recipe of the second

This version of the salad has a more complex, but more spectacular design.

A deep round container should be lined with food film.

At the bottom, first lay the mushrooms (about 300 g) with their caps down tightly to each other.

Next, put chopped green onions (about a bunch) and cover with mayonnaise.

The next layer - grated carrots (a couple of pieces) plus mayonnaise.

Cut the pickled cucumbers into thin circles and put them on top of carrots, anoint with mayonnaise.

Pre-cooked meat or chicken (about 200 grams) cut into pieces (or divide into fibers). This layer is also poured with mayonnaise.

Two melted cheese cheese grate and grease with mayonnaise.

The next layer - grated boiled potatoes (2 pcs.) With mayonnaise.

Boiled eggs (3 pcs.) On grater grate as the last layer and grease with mayonnaise.

Lightly tamped and leveled.

Put the "Glade" salad in the fridge . The recipe stipulates that in order for the layers to become impregnated and become a single whole, it takes 8 hours minimum.

Then take out and cover with a flat plate, on which you will serve your culinary masterpiece. Carefully, but quickly turn the contents, remove the film and in a circle lay green leaves of parsley or salad. Admire, looking at how beautiful your salad turned out.

"Polyanka", the third recipe

This mushroom salad, the recipe of which includes fried mushrooms, is very popular with everyone who tried it.

It is also prepared in the form of layers, smeared with mayonnaise.

First grated boiled potatoes (4 pcs.) And mayonnaise.

A layer of toasted on vegetable oil of any mushrooms (fresh 300 g of mushrooms) with a lot of onions (3 onions) and mayonnaise.

Boiled meat (300 g) cut into small pieces or straws and mayonnaise.

A layer of grated cheese (150 g) and mayonnaise.

You can optionally make a layer of chopped walnuts.

All can be filled with mayonnaise and put in a cold place for several hours.

Sprinkle with dill and decorate with lettuce leaves and whole pickled mushrooms, which are best placed as they grow in nature - in groups.

Mushroom salad can be cooked on the same principle of layered salads, but use the following composition of products that are well combined with the taste of pickled mushrooms.

The layers can be:

  • Setochka from mayonnaise on the bottom of the dish.
  • Pieces of ham (about 300 g) + mayonnaise mesh.
  • Cubes boiled potatoes (3 pcs.) + Mayonnaise mesh.
  • Grated boiled carrots (a couple of pieces) + mayonnaise mesh.
  • Finely chopped eggs (5 pcs.) And two melted cheese cakes (on a grater).
  • Salad cover with mayonnaise and decorate with herbs and pickled mushrooms (1 jar).

This salad is not only very beautiful, but also incredibly rich and delicious.
