Salad "Bakhor": recipe
The unusual name "Bahor" salad was received thanks to a beautiful appearance. In translation from Uzbek it means "spring". At home, Bakhor salad has long earned the recognition of all gourmets. We began to do it relatively recently. However, here, too, he liked many. The real "Bakhor" is cooked with lamb. However, in Russia they prefer a simplified version and make it with chicken or lean ham. Thus, delicious and nutritious salad "Bakhor" is also a dietary dish, which, undoubtedly, will please the female half. The advantage of the dish is also that the products for it can be purchased in every supermarket. And this means that at any time of the year you can give yourself a spring mood.
We buy products
Despite the unusual name for a Russian salad, the products for him will require the simplest:
- Meat or sausage - 250 g;
- Tomatoes - 200 g;
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces;
- Onion turnip - 1/2 head;
- Young cucumbers - 200 g;
- Garlic - 1-2 teeth;
- Green onions - 4-5 feathers;
- Coriander, dill, parsley - 30 grams each;
- Spices, salt.
Cooking
So, all the ingredients are bought, you can start to prepare a salad "Bakhor". If you use sausage, then just cut it with straw. We soak the meat in water and let it stand for a couple of hours. Then we put it to brew, and in the meantime we are engaged in other products.
If the cucumbers and tomatoes are bought in the store, they also need to be held for a while in the water. If vegetables from your garden, then this step can be skipped and immediately begin to cut. Cucumbers cut with straw. If the tomatoes are hard enough, they are also cut with straw, after removing the seeds. Eggs are poured with water and boiled hard. After cleansing and rubbing them with a fork or passing through the egg. The onion-cut is cut with half rings to remove bitterness, you can lightly sprinkle it with vinegar or lime juice. Garlic is cut with a knife or pressed through a press. The greens are diligently washed and put in a colander or sieve, so that the glass is liquid. After that, finely chopped. Ready meat is cooled and cut into small cubes. Next, all the prepared ingredients are piled in a deep bowl and mixed, add pepper and salt.
Final touches
Salad "Bahor" is almost ready, now we will prepare the dressing and decorate. You can fill the dish with mayonnaise, refined butter, and you can make a mixture of olive oil and a drop of balsamic vinegar. Here everything depends on the cook's imagination and taste preferences. The selected dressing water the dish shortly before serving. For decoration you can use grated cheese, lettuce leaves or tomato slices.
