Preparatory stage

If you decide to make a salad of boiled pink salmon, the fish should be properly prepared for consumption. First of all, the washed and gutted carcass is immersed only in cold water. It is cooked from 10 minutes to a quarter of an hour after boiling the contents of the pan, depending on the size. Only when the water is boiling does the fish get salt. When cooking, you can add a laurel, onions (preferably a whole bulb), celery and carrots - so the pink salmon will become fragrant, and the fish smell will break off.

Salads with boiled fish

Smoked salmon

Usually this fish is smoked hotly, and in most snacks it is she who is used. However, the salad with cold-smoked salmon has a very delicate taste, so try to cook it.

In addition to the fish itself, the dish includes salted cucumbers (you can pickle, but the taste of vinegar slightly spoils the final result), egg and mayonnaise. Spread ready dish is again recommended for salad leaves, but it is not necessary. This salad of pink salmon is not salted. Moreover, it is best combined with the same low-fat side dishes, for example with mashed potatoes.

An unusual variation with pickled onions

It turns out a very spicy salad, if you add cooked potatoes and carrots to a smoked salmon, a fresh tomato and season with mayonnaise with lean oil. A highlight is the pickled onions. If it is small, then it should not even be cut. All other ingredients are finely chopped, mixed, salted (only carefully, the onion brings with it some salinity into the salad). The dish is refueled and placed in the refrigerator: this salad is eaten chilled.

Pickled salmon
