What is the "Lady's" salad. Variants of recipes for ladies' salads

What is a ladies' salad? Surely, this is a dish that is prepared especially for lovely ladies. And what is important to them? In the first place, of course, a relatively small number of calories, and only on the second - the taste of the prepared dish. To date, there is a wide variety of salads, in the name of which the word "ladies" is included. To give as an example, you can salad "Lady's sinner", "Lady's fingers", "Lady's" or salad "Lady's sinner". All of them are known to the world if not by ingredients, then by name.

"Lady's Pleasure" salad

To prepare you need:

  • 200 g of Parmesan cheese (any hard cheese can come up);

  • 1 medium squid;

  • 200 g of boiled chicken fillet;

  • 1 small orange;

  • 1 large sweet and sour apple;

  • A handful of chopped walnuts;

  • A handful of raisins;

  • 1 small onion;

  • vinegar;

  • mayonnaise;

  • salt;

  • ground black pepper.

At the beginning of cooking for an hour, marinate the onion, after cutting it with straw. The marinade is made from vinegar and water in a ratio of 1: 1.

Meanwhile, boil the squid. Remember that it is put immediately into boiling water for a while (enough three minutes) to avoid it curing.

Rub cheese on a large grater and put on a hot frying pan. Fry on both sides - so you get a tartlet. A very important moment in this business was and remains the time during which the roasting occurs: overstrain - overdry, and if underexposed, the tartlet will turn damp. Ten seconds for each side will be enough.

Now, go for raisins - it should be scalded with boiling water and leave to stand for 10 minutes.

Then go directly to cutting salad. Cut the chicken, squid and apple into cubes. Mixing these ingredients, add to them diced orange, which is previously cleaned from the peel and partitions. Then send walnuts and raisins. After that, put the pickled onion, which by that time should be ready, as well as salt and pepper. And only after that the salad is refueled and served to the table, laid out in cheese tartlets.

"Lady's" salad

To prepare you need:

  • 200 g of boiled chicken fillet;

  • 150 g of canned pineapple;

  • 70 g of hard cheese (the "Russian" cheese is excellent);

  • 1 clove of garlic;

  • mayonnaise;

  • salt;

  • ground black pepper.

Meat and pineapples are cut into cubes and mixed. To them is put grated cheese. Separately, you should crush garlic and mix it with mayonnaise, then fill this mixture with a salad. After this, pepper and salt it, and then, carefully stirring, you can serve the dish on the table.

You can prepare a salad "Lady's" and another recipe.

To prepare you need:

  • 5-6 stalks of celery ;

  • 300-400 g of boiled chicken fillet;

  • 200 g of pistachios;

  • 300 g of grapes (preferably without pits);

  • Green onions;

  • salt;

  • mayonnaise.

The chicken can be cut into cubes and straws (as an option - you can just disassemble it on fibers). Then attach to it sliced grapes (if the berries are small - just cut them in half, and if large - in four parts). Then add the chopped onion and mix everything thoroughly. Prepare pistachios - they need to be cleaned and chopped, and then add to the salad. In addition, put there sliced celery, season with mayonnaise, season with salt and serve well, serve on a table.

Salad "Lady's whim"

To prepare you need:

  • 300 g of boiled beef tongue ;

  • 100 g of boiled ham;

  • 1 medium Bulgarian pepper;

  • 2 pickled cucumbers;

  • 10 pieces. Fried champignons;

  • mayonnaise;

  • Spices (to taste).

Remember that to prepare this salad with boiled tongue must be removed skin.

For a salad, all ingredients must be cooled. Tongue, ham, peppers and cucumbers must be cut into thin strips, and then, mixing them, add to their composition fried mushroom caps, which are cut into small pieces before roasting. All the ingredients are thoroughly mixed and dressed with mayonnaise. After that spices are added. All is finally mixed until a homogeneous mass is obtained and fed to the table.
