We all know that chips are the leader in the list of the most harmful products. They include highly allergenic supplements, an overabundance of which in the body can lead to huge health problems. In addition, all the chips, like having a taste of bacon, cheese and other delicacies, do not contain the declared products in their composition. All of them are replaced by harmful flavors.

But the worst thing that chips are harmful are carcinogens in their composition (substances provoking the appearance of such a terrible disease as cancer). It is very bad that the biggest fans and consumers of chips are children and teenagers.

For this reason, all parents should instill in children the right taste and preference for food. That is, the baby should be offered only useful food, explaining that the same purchased chips are very, very harmful.

Moreover, to this dish you can add any tastes: mushrooms, sour cream and greens, cheese, etc. In this case, the chips of the child will be associated with a delicious home dish, and not with the bright packaging of a harmful product from the store.

Pita bread chips with spices

Ingredients:

  • Thin lavash - two pieces;
  • A bunch of fresh dill;
  • Two cloves of garlic;
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • Black pepper and salt.

Preparation:

Finely chop fresh fennel, using garlic acid, grind all garlic. Now in the mixture of dill and garlic you need to add salt, pepper and a small amount of olive oil. All this is carefully mixed.

Next you need to smear the finished mixture with lavash. If you want your chips to be even more appetizing, you can pre-lubricate the lavash with mayonnaise. But keep in mind that in this case, and the calories in your dish will increase.

Put everything on a baking tray and put it in a preheated oven. Baking time - 6 minutes. Just look at your chips from time to time, because the dish is prepared very quickly.

Note: you do not need to lubricate the pan completely.

Pita bread chips with paprika and cheese

Ingredients:

  • Two thin lavash;
  • A little sour cream;
  • One chicken egg;
  • paprika;
  • cheese.

Preparation:

Rub cheese on a fine grater. Whisk one egg with sour cream, add to the mixture grated cheese, paprika and mix everything thoroughly. The resulting mass you will need to spread on one side lavash.

Then cut it into squares or triangles (as soon as you wish) and bake in the oven on a dry baking sheet. The cooking temperature is 190 degrees, the cooking time is 4 minutes or a little more. In general, the chips in the oven should be until they get golden color.

Pita bread chips in microwave oven

Ingredients:

  • Armenian lavash;
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • A teaspoon of ground paprika;
  • A teaspoon of French herbs;
  • Half a teaspoon of salt;
  • One third teaspoon of sugar;
  • 70 grams of any hard cheese.

Preparation:

Mix the butter with salt, spices and sugar.

Next, you need to cut out from the parchment 2 circles of the same size as the circle in your microwave. Now roll a sheet of lavash into a roll and cut it into pieces, the width of which is about 3 centimeters. These ribbons you need to deploy and fold with each other. Cut the pita bread as you want. Next, the pieces are laid out in a bowl of oil and thoroughly impregnated.

Now you need to lay out some of the pita bread on the parchment and add a small amount of grated cheese on top, just not too thick.

Such a billet is transferred to a microwave oven and the largest power is cooked within just two minutes. During this time, you should also put the prepared lavash on the second sheet of parchment. And so, until you have cooked all the pieces. Bon Appetit!
