Recipe 1

Homemade fish patties for a couple are much more delicious than those that can be bought in the store, since they are made from quality ingredients without any additives and fillers. Therefore, you can double or even triple their number to freeze a batch of cutlets in the freezer and use them on other days. Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 grams of potatoes.
  • 250 grams of salmon fillets (can be replaced with tuna) with skin and without scales on the skin, all bones must be removed.
  • A small handful of fresh parsley.
  • 1 egg.
  • 1 lemon.
  • Olive oil.
  • Salt.
  • Pepper.
  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour meal.

Potatoes are cleaned and placed in the lower tray of steamers, cook until half cooked. The fillet is rubbed with oil and placed in the top tray of the steamer. Cook at high temperature for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are ready. Potatoes and fish are removed from the steamer. Potatoes knead to a homogeneous mass and set aside to cool. The leaves of parsley are finely chopped, removing the stems. Remove the skin from the fish, spread the salmon into the cooled potato purée and knead the fish, mix everything with finely chopped parsley. Pour flour into the mixture, drive in the egg, add a good pinch of salt and pepper, finely grated lemon zest, then mix very well. Form the cutlets and leave them in the cold for an hour, so that they become more dense. Prepare cutlets fish for a couple, in a double boiler (the tray is oiled) for 5 minutes. They serve immediately, for this they spread them on the leaves of fresh salad, sprinkle lemon juice with half a lemon, the second half cut into slices and decorate the dish with them.

  • 100 g of white bread (about 5 slices).
  • 500 ml of milk.

Fragrant chops fish for a couple very fond of children. To prepare them you will need:

  • 0.7 kg fillets of cod, cut into pieces.
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped.

  • 80 grams of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese .

Mix in a bowl of cod with bread, add thyme, parsley, garlic and grated cheese. Then add 2 eggs, season with salt and pepper. Mix the mixture well with your hand and form burgers. Dump in flour, shake off its excess and spread it into a greased pan of steamer. Cook for 15 minutes, served immediately.
