It is assumed that it was in Italy, for the first time, an unripe greenish vegetable was used for food itself. This is what we are doing today and we, Russians, and it is practically impossible to imagine Mediterranean cuisine without it. It is used in the preparation of soups, fritters, ragout, casseroles and even cook jam from it. In this case, zucchini is rich in many useful microelements and vitamins, so it is recommended for the children's menu and the diet of people with various diseases.

We are distracted by zucchini, and we need to understand what is included in ratatouille, the recipe for its preparation at home. Today we will prepare ratatouille with chicken. Since this is a vegetable dish, the ingredients for its preparation will be necessary. Let's start to list, of course, with zucchini (500gr). Next, we need to buy eggplant (300 grams) and the same tomato, tomato paste, pepper, salt, olive oil and chicken breasts in as many as your family members.

The chicken fillet is washed. With it, you must remove the skin and cut into portions. Then beat off our portioned pieces and fry in oil until golden brown.

Eggplants and zucchini should be washed, if necessary, peeled and cut into slices. Tomatoes are washed and cut into semi-circles. Then it is necessary to mix tomato paste, olive oil, pepper and salt and pour the resulting mixture onto the bottom of the mold. Put our fillets in a baking dish. From above spread the ladder vegetables, alternating between them. From above, it is necessary to sprinkle the laid vegetables with oil, and covered with baking paper, send for an hour in the oven.

At this time, we turn to the preparation of the sauce. For him we will need: cheese for a hundred grams: melted and hard, butter, flour, milk, a drop of ground sweet peppers and salt.

It is desirable to melt the butter in a non-stick saucepan. Then add the flour to the melted butter and save. Next, pour a thin stream into the milk saucepan, stirring vigorously. After boiling the resulting mass, we introduce cheeses grated on a grater. First fused, and then hard. When everything boils, add the cream cheese. After him, we introduce a solid one. Bring to a boil and allow a little puff. The finishing touch is the addition of salt and paprika. The sauce for the dish is ready. If Ratatouille stewed for an hour, then turn off the oven and leave it still for 10 minutes in the oven.

Serve this dish on plates. Spread Ratatouille slide next to the portion of the chicken, and from the top lavishly poured cooked sauce.
