  • Kilogram of chicken liver;

An unusual treat will be a stewed liver with aubergines. Ingredients:

  • Packing (200 grams) of sour cream;
  • Chicken liver weighing 400 grams;
  • 2 eggplants of medium size;
  • Oil for frying;

  • Flour - about a tablespoon.
