The secret of especially successful dishes is also that any skilled hostess, using classical recipes, adds something of her own to them, experimenting with the ingredients and their quantity. As a result, you get such desserts that you lick your fingers!

Honey cake with dried fruits: preparation

An example is a pineapple honeycomb. The famous cake is known almost in dozens of options. Each of them is good in its own way, and you, for sure, have tried and the most successful way of preparing it. Want to try pineapple honey with dried fruits? Then you need 3 eggs, a third of a glass of milk, as much cognac or brandy, 2 cups of crushed dried fruits, 180 g of soft butter, half a can or more canned pineapple, sifted flour for kneading medium density dough, 100 grams of liquid honey. To make a pineapple honey-pot turned out with a peculiar, very pleasant aftertaste, some components for dessert must be prepared in advance. In particular, dry fruits go through, rinse, dry and fill with alcohol. Cover the pan with a lid and leave to stand for 8-10 hours.

The next day, you can already prepare a pineapple honey. To do this, remove the pineapple pulp from the jar, let the juice drain and chop it into small cubes. Combine the room temperature oil with honey and beat it with a mixer until smooth. Continue to beat, enter the eggs. Then add the dried fruits taken from the cognac (do not squeeze, let the alcohol get into the dough!) And pineapples. Stir. Pouring in the milk and pouring in the flour, knead the dough, similar in consistence to thick sour cream. For the dough, take 250 grams of sifted flour of the highest grade and the same number of oat flakes of type "Extra", half a glass of sugar and half a cup of honey, the same amount of sour cream, 100-120 g of butter or margarine, 1 egg and about half a spoonful of tea soda. And as we have a honeycomb with pineapple, you can either save a jar of canned fruit or fresh.

First, pour soda into the flour, mix and sow into a bowl. Separately, butter the room temperature, stir with sugar and rub until homogeneous. Add the rest of the ingredients there, mix again. Then, put in the flour, knead the dough. Cover it and leave the "rest" for 15 minutes. After that, divide the dough into several equal parts, roll them into round layers of 3 mm thickness and bake until golden in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. Or in a dry frying pan on gas. For cream, whip half a glass of fresh, fatty, thick cream with a glass of sugar. Slice the pineapple pulp. If there are walnuts, chop them. Each cake richly grease with cream, sprinkle with nuts, lay out with pineapple. Top of the cake, too, cover with cream, pieces of fruit and sprinkle with colored coconut shavings. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for a day - to impregnate. Pineapple cake medovik, baked on this recipe, will be a magnificent decoration of the table for a family celebration.

If you like to experiment with spices, you, for sure, will like this recipe. Its feature is that vanillin (or vanilla sugar, which, by the way, can be added to baked goods according to the above recipes, especially in sour cream) and ground cloves are put in the dough. But let's list all the components from which the cake is made with honey and pineapple: 250-300 grams of liquid honey or warmed, half a kilogram of flour, egg, 50-70 g of margarine or butter (suitable and melted pig grease), 100 grams of sugar, half a glass of strong infusion Tea - it is possible with aromatic additives - jasmine, lemon or bergamot. And also a dozen and a half dried powdered buds of cloves. In a bowl, put honey, sugar, butter, egg, cloves and pour the tea. Stir, or shake well. In the flour, pour in soda and add everything to the oil mixture; Mix the dough. Put it in an oiled baking dish with high sides and put it in a preheated oven for 200 minutes for 20 minutes. Take it out, wait for it to cool down, then cut either a silk thread or a very sharp knife into 2 cakes. In advance, weld a cream of condensed milk. Cut the pineapple pulp slices. And, finally, another delicious recipe for honey cake. The highlight of dainties is in chocolate glaze. Ingredients: half a kilogram of flour, half a spoonful of baking powder or soda, 120 g of butter or margarine, half a glass of sour cream and half a cup of honey, a glass of sugar, 2-3 eggs. Oil or margarine is dissolved in a water bath. Add sugar with honey and stir until the ingredients dissolve (do not remove the water bath). After this, remove the pan from the plate, pour the mass into a bowl, add flour, baking powder, sour cream and eggs and knead the dough. Roll into a ball, let it go a little, then divide into 3 parts. Each roll into the cake and bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees. From 2 glasses of sour cream and a glass of sugar, whip the cream. Lubricate them with cakes, laying out pieces of pineapple. Cook the icing from 3 dining rooms with a slice of cocoa, half a cup of sugar and 5 tablespoons of milk. Preparation time - 10 minutes.
