For sure, every person at least once in their lives ate pies fried in a frying pan. However, not all of them tried to fry them. In fact, there is nothing difficult, because there are enough recipes. Almost every mistress uses her own. Patties in a frying pan, the recipe of which I will tell you today, are incredibly tasty and airy, they can be eaten very much, so if you want to keep your waist, please kindly refrain.

So, let's begin. In order for pies fried in a frying pan to be tasty, it is necessary that the dough from which they are cooked is tender and fresh. Dough for pies in a frying pan is done simply enough, the main thing is to have all the required ingredients, namely:

  • 2 kg of wheat flour;
  • 2 -3 eggs, granulated sugar;
  • vegetable oil;
  • Yeast 4 tablespoons;
  • Kefir - 400g.

Before you start kneading the dough, do not forget to prepare a small basin with clean water. The dough will turn out to be sticky, and water will come in handy for washing it off your hands.

Now, actually, the process itself

Pour a little kefir into the small container, preferably warmed, if it is not there, sour milk will come off. Add 1 glass of sugar and 1 - 2 pinch of salt, no more. We do not want our patties fried in a frying pan to be impossible to eat? Hand or a tablespoon as follows, stir the contents, so that a homogeneous mixture is obtained . Now you will need yeast. Gradually adding flour, knead the dough. In order to make the dough good and quickly approached, only fresh yeast is needed. The dough should not be too thick. Ideally, if it is approximately like a dough for pancakes, just a little thicker. Once done, cover the test container with the lid and put it somewhere in a warm, dark place so that it fits.

While our dough will go up, take 2 eggs, whisk to a thick foam and, as soon as the dough is ready, pour the resulting foam. In addition, add 1 tbsp. A spoonful of vegetable oil to make the patties fragrant. Once again, mix everything as it should. Well, now a little secret. Use a bag of vanilla sugar. Pour the contents into the dough, add the flour and stir again. After about 15 minutes, put the finished dough on a board, roll it out. Then gently put the dough back into the pan or basin, previously sprinkling the bottom with flour. Cover and put in the refrigerator for an hour.

Let's talk about the filling

You can, of course, stick to the classic version: potatoes, cabbage, meat, however, let's experiment. I suggest taking as a basis raspberries, apples or other fruits. Cut them into small pieces, almost the gruel should turn out. Although it should be noted that the filling can be any, absolutely to your taste and color. While we were making the filling, our dough should have already come up. If this is so, then take it out and put it on the board.

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts and roll it along the board so that the thickness of each sheet does not exceed 2-3 mm. Do not worry, in the process of frying, they will increase markedly in size, and the filling will not come out. Cut the pieces of dough the way you want and put the filling on the middle, and on top of it half, or even whole (for sweeties), a spoonful of sugar. Now a very important and important moment. The edges of the patty must be properly secured. The fact is that pies fried in a frying pan will practically float in oil, and that they would not burst, take care of it in advance. Well, that's all in all. Business for small. Use a deep frying pan, pour oil and wait until it warms up. After that, dip pies into it.
