Muffins with a chocolate filling are prepared very quickly and simply. First, take a bowl and pour it flour, sugar, baking powder and soda. Also add a pinch of salt and mix all the ingredients. In another dish, break the egg, pour kefir and butter. Good whisk the mass to a homogeneous consistency, then pour it into a bowl with flour and sugar.
