Since the dough you make very quickly, it makes sense to immediately turn on the oven for heating by 200 degrees. Break the chocolate. Cut butter into small pieces. Melt the butter and chocolate on a steam bath, stirring gently, until a uniform consistency and let it cool slightly. In a deep bowl, break two eggs, add three pre-separated yolks and sugar. Beat all this with a mixer until a good foam. Then in the egg-sugar mixture pour melted chocolate with butter, pour the flour with salt and mix until a homogeneous consistency. The dough is poured into molds and sent to the oven for 7-10 minutes. Ready muffins around the edges should be baked, and the filling - to stay liquid. For the filling: cottage cheese - 180 g, two tablespoons of sour cream and sugar. You will also need powdered sugar for sprinkling.
