And of course, do not forget about the need to add soda, slaked with vinegar (about one teaspoon).

Ingredients for the cream, which need to smear the cakes

For the cream, we need 200 grams. Sugar, as well as for the cake we take 340 gr. Butter and 4 proteins, previously separated from the yolk. At will, you can take one banana.

Ingredients for marshmallow mastic

For mastic we take about two glasses of powdered sugar, although it may be necessary and more. Also it is necessary to take 200 gr. Marshmallow and pre-purchased food colors of the necessary colors.

In this case, there is no particular need to stage out the recipe for biscuit preparation for the "Steam Engine Thomas" cake. After all, the way of cooking is quite simple and familiar to every mistress. After preparing the cake, cut it into two equal parts. The size of the cake is about 30 by 30 cm.

Now we send it to the refrigerator again for 40-60 minutes. We take out and cover the cake with the remaining cream and send it back to the refrigerator. After you need to get a cake and using a towel to level the oil surface and put it in the refrigerator for no more than half an hour.
