Learn how to make ice cream at home

vanilla ice cream

If you decide to learn how to make ice cream at home, try starting with a classic filling. You will need the following products: a quarter of a liter of milk, a quarter liter of cream, a couple tablespoons of sugar, four or five egg yolks, a little vanilla sugar. Let's start preparing the dessert. Boil and cool the milk, rub yolks with sugar and vanilla. You can whip it with a blender or manually. Gently pour the cool milk into the egg mass and put the mixture on a weak fire. Periodically stir until the product thickens. Remove from the plate, allow to cool and move to the refrigerator. After a while, mix the mixture with whipped cream and transfer the product into the freezer. Every few hours, beat the ice cream and take it out again to the cold. After several repetitions of this procedure, an excellent home-made filling will be ready.

Fruit icecream

If you want to know how to make ice cream without cream, try making fruit ice. Take five hundred milliliters of orange juice without pulp, one hundred milliliters of pineapple and six tablespoons of sugar. Preheat the orange juice in a water bath, add sugar and wait until it is completely dissolved, then pour in the pineapple juice. Pour the mixture over the ice cream molds and freeze. This will take about twelve hours. When the mixture becomes slightly thicker during the freezing process, add an ice cream stick to each mold.

Strawberry ice cream

Have you figured out how to make ice cream at home, and now you want experiments? Try to make a strawberry dessert. You will need three yolks, a quarter of a liter of milk and a quarter of a liter of cream, one hundred grams of granulated sugar, two glasses of strawberries and some vanilla essence. Mix the strawberries with half the sugar. Put it in the refrigerator. Combine yolks with milk and sugar residues, heat, not boiling, so that the mass becomes homogeneous. Allow the mixture to cool and move to the freezer for a couple of hours, stirring occasionally to make the texture smooth and soft, without ice. Add the cream, vanillin, mix, top the strawberries with sugar. Colorful and delicious dessert is ready! If desired, the strawberry can be whipped with a blender and added directly to the ice cream.
