The film "The Republic of ShKID", the actors and roles of which are the subject of this review, was released on the screens of the country in 1966 and is still popular with viewers. This picture is based on the memories of the students themselves of this school, which, however, are not devoid of some fiction. The most famous author is L. Panteleev, whose children's stories are probably familiar to every schoolboy. The history of the creation of the film "Respublica ShKID" is interesting because people who were its heroes were involved in the film adaptation. The script of the picture is based on the story of the same name, and the creators themselves worked on the story of the tape. After the release of the movie on the screen, Panteleev noticed that the picture had embellished the reality, but what was shown in it was enough to leave an indelible impression on the viewer.

Pavel Luspekaev

This actor is known throughout the country primarily for the famous role of customs officer Vereshchagin from the cult painting "White Sun of the Desert". However no less colorful are his other works in the cinema. He graduated from the Schepkin School, where already in his early years he showed his outstanding acting talent.

In the late 1950s, he settled in Leningrad and began acting in films, despite the exacerbated illness that he had suffered since the war, when he froze his legs during one of the reconnaissance raids. Great value in his creative career was played by the film "Respublika ShKID". Actors and roles of this tape became cult after its release on the screen, thereby giving the green light to the performers. Three years later, Luspekaev played his most famous role Vereshchagin, after which he quickly died because of the aggravated disease.

Alexander Melnikov

This actor played the role of history teacher. He became famous for his images of courageous Red Army men and heroes. Melnikov first appeared on the big screen in the film on a revolutionary theme, which deals with the struggle against petty-bourgeois life.

Before the war, in the 1930s, he quickly became one of the most popular performers, having appeared in more than twenty films. In the 1950s and 1960s he worked in the repertoire of the socialist genre, trying himself and as an assistant director. The film "The Republic of ShKID", whose actors and roles became known throughout the country, became for him a landmark picture, as for the rest of the filmmaking process.

Alexander Kavalerov

He played the role of a homeless boy named Mamochka. This character, perhaps, is the most beloved of spectators of all ages. A cheerful, carefree, insolent and cunning little boy immediately won the sympathy of all those who had to see this tape. Kavalerov began his career as a child, when he began to perform on the stage. Possessing a clear, sonorous voice, he perfectly performed songs both on stage and in films. So, he sang along with Okudzhava his composition in one of the military dramas. The picture "The Republic of ShKID", the actors, whose plot is still popular with the audience, has become a real breakthrough for the young performer.

He not only perfectly conveyed his image on the screen, but also sang several songs, one of which went to the people. A few years later, Kavalerov returned to his role as a hooligan, playing one of the secondary roles in the film "The Adventures of the Yellow Suitcase."

Leo Weinstein

This actor played the role of a homeless child named Yankel. This hero is interesting in that, along with Panteleev is one of the authors of the story of the same name. The young man graduated from GITIS. In addition to this role, he was still at a young age starred in the movie "Chronicle of a dive bomber." Then he played in the cult theater "Contemporary". In the 1970s, he left for the United States, where for a long time he could not realize himself. However, he managed to create his own acting studio, where he staged a series of performances in Russian classics in English. In his filmography there are not many paintings, but the actor managed to remember the audience thanks to his works in the films mentioned above, which occupy a prominent place in Soviet cinema.

Anatoly Podshivalov and other performers

This actor became famous due to the role of Gypsy in the film in question. He studied at the Bolshoi Theater studio, and then played on his stage. In his filmography there are several famous films, among them - "Ivan Vasilievich changes his profession." Violetta Zhukhimovich played the role of a homeless girl, a friend of one of the main characters. The actress graduated from GITIS, then starred in several good films, among them - the series "Born by the Revolution." Anatoly Stolbov got the role of a teacher of literature. According to the plot, he tried to curry favor with street children, singing with them urban folklore and in every way indulging their habits, for which he was fired. So, the film "The Republic of ShKID" (1966), whose actors and roles fit perfectly under the literary prototypes, is rightfully considered one of the best tapes for teenagers.
