The recipe for this cold delicacy is so simple that even a toddler can cope with it, but to taste this ice cream will have to all. Orange-strawberry fruit ice

Ingredients:

  • A glass of strawberry;
  • Two glasses of orange juice;
  • A glass of vanilla yogurt;

Preparation

A beautiful and useful two-color dessert will pleasantly surprise and please the entire family. To prepare this delicacy, both frozen and fresh berries will suit, and yogurt will add tenderness to the ready delicacy.

Ingredients:

  • 80 grams of blueberries;
  • 50 grams of blueberry yogurt (1,5-2% fat content);
  • 150 grams of yogurt without filler (1.5-2% fat content);
  • A quarter teaspoon of vanilla sugar;
  • Half a cup of water;
  • A teaspoon of sugar sand.

Preparation

To make a lilac layer, mix with blueberry blender , blueberry yogurt and a quarter of a glass of water. For the white layer - yogurt without filler, sugar, vanilla sugar and the remaining water. Fill the ice cream containers with the prepared mixture by about half (fill the lilac layer first into the cups, and white into the others). Formochki put in the freezer for half an hour. Take out the cups, insert into the frozen yogurt ice cream sticks and pour a mixture of another color. Again, put in the freezer and wait 3-4 hours. After this time, your favorite delicacy is ready!
