How to cook a berry pie

Even the most delicious cookies and sweets are periodically boring. At such times, you want something new, natural, for example, a home berry pie. For sure, many remember how in their childhood, my mother cooked a pie in a frying pan or in an oven with cranberries or cranberries. To prepare a berry pie, you need to take: 130 gr. Butter, egg, one and a half cup sugar, 3 tbsp. Flour, 400 gr. Liquid sour cream, 3 large tablespoons of starch, a glass of strawberries, a pinch of salt and a half teaspoon of soda. Berries are cut into 4 parts. Margarine is laid in a bowl and melted in a microwave oven or on a fire. In the same bowl spread 50 gr. Sour cream, egg and pour out the sugar. All the ingredients are whipped with a whisk or with a mixer, add flour and ground until smooth. A special form for baking is oiled, a layer of dough, approximately 0.5 cm thick, is laid on top of it. Berries are poured onto the dough. On top of the cake pour a mixture of the remnants of sour cream and starch. The oven is heated to 200 degrees, after which it is put into it for half an hour. Ready berry pie turns out very fragrant and gentle.

Berry pie with blackberries

For its preparation you need to take: 250 gr. Flour, half-packs of margarine, one and a half glasses of sugar, three eggs, 2 large spoons of sour cream, 100 gr. Cottage cheese, a pinch of salt, a little vanilla, 400 grams of grapes, 100 grams. Blackberry yogurt. First you need to cook the dough: lightly margarine so that it becomes soft, but it does not spread, drive 3 yolks into it, add sour cream, flour and grind the resulting mass. The dough is cooled in the refrigerator for three hours, then rolled into a large thick pancake. Lay it in a prepared, greased shape so that the edges of 2-3 cm rise above the bottom. At the bottom of the form lay a layer of berries. Separately mix cottage cheese, yogurt and 0.25 cups of sugar. Three proteins are mixed with salt and vanillin, add 0.75 cup sugar. Toss the mass to a strong foam and mix it with the curd filling. Pour a sweet mass of berries, slightly bend the edges of the dough and put the mold in the oven for a quarter of an hour at 210 degrees. Over the pie lay out the remains of protein mass and a few berries for decoration. Put the form back into the oven for about an hour at a temperature of 100 degrees. When the meringue begins to turn yellow, the berry pie is ready.

Women who carefully watch their weight, can cook a berry pie without dough.

It will take: half a kilo of fresh berries, 2 sachets of vanillin, 2 large spoons of starch and 100 grams. Water (not hot), a quarter of a pack of butter, a tablespoon of ground nuts (any), 400 gr. Cottage cheese, 300 gr. Milk, 150 gr. Sugar and 50 gr. Flour. First mix cottage cheese with one bag of vanillin and milk. Spread this mixture on a special paper-shaped form. Top poured layer of berry stuffing - grind berries with the remaining vanilla and a tablespoon of sugar, poured into a small saucepan and heated. Then, starch is diluted in water and poured into hot berry puree. The resulting mass is prevented until thickening. The last walnut layer: mix the remains of sugar, flour, nuts and flooded oil. All ingredients are mixed and poured over the berry layer. Put the cake in the oven, heated to 200 degrees, and after 40 minutes take out the finished baking.

In summer, you can prepare a delicious berry pie with blueberries. To make it, you need to take: 1.5 cups of jam or blueberry rubbed with sugar, a glass of sugar, a pound of flour, three eggs, a small bag of baking powder, a glass of fresh blueberries and a packet of butter. The oil is heated, mixed with sugar, flour, baking powder and eggs. The dough is rolled into a circle and spread into a mold, leaving high edges. The berries are dumped in the center, the edges are bent and put the cake for half an hour in the oven, heated to 200 degrees.

You can prepare a berry pie from the ready yeast dough - lay out the rolled out dough circle in the oversized form, slightly bend the edges, pour onto it a glass of washed berries (any). Sprinkle berries 2nd st. Spoons of sugar and put the form in the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for 20 minutes.
