Necessary ingredients:

- bread crumbs for breading;

Cooking method:

- 1/2 sweet red and yellow pepper;
- 1-2 small cloves of garlic;
- a tablespoon of any vegetable oil;
- ½ tsp turmeric;
- salt;
Fresh parsley, fresh dill.
Cooking method:
Cut carrots - straws, sweet peppers - half rings, onions - small cubes, broccoli divided into inflorescences of different sizes, chopped garlic.
In boiling water, fill the rice and boil it until half cooked. Then consistently add fresh green peas (if the peas are canned, it is put at the very end of cooking), carrots, broccoli, lightly sprinkled onion oil and sweet pepper.
When rice and vegetables are almost ready, put garlic, turmeric, salt in the soup and cook for another 5 minutes.
When the soup is ready, decorate it with finely chopped dill, a few twigs of parsley and immediately serve.
